The FREEDM Systems Center has many opportunities for graduate education in the fields of renewable energy system, power electronics, distributed control, power systems, power semiconductor devices and power management IC. Financial support in the form of a Gradaute Research Assistantship (GRA) and Graduate Teaching Assistantship (GTA) are available. Please contact our Center faculty directly for availability. New graduate student application should follow the procedures described here.
The Center also offers a number of FREEDM Systems Center Graduate Fellowships for qualified domestic students. These fellowships are typically awarded in addition to the GRA or GTA offer. We want the best of the best to join the FREEDM team.
The 2010 FREEDM Annual Conference and NSF Site Visit will be held May 18-20 at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida!
