FREEDM Systems Center welcomes visitors to come explore our state-of-the-art research facilities located on NC State’s Centennial Campus. Whether you’re a student considering one of our programs or an industry partner interested in our research - we’d love to show you around. Please complete this tour request form and someone will be in touch. Unfortunately, we can only provide tours to high school age students and above.

Parking

Parking at Keystone is free of charge but requires registration with a building tenant. Email the make, model and color of any vehicles that will be parking in the deck. If you are not able to send this information before your visit, please inform the receptionist in Suite 100 when you arrive.

Directions

The Keystone Science Center is at the corner of Varsity and Main Campus. We are diagonal from the ABB building, across Main Campus from Lexis Nexis and across Varsity from Venture III. FREEDM is located in Suite 100.

From Chapel Hill, Durham and RDU Airport via I-40

Take Gorman Street exit. Turn left onto Gorman. Turn right at second light onto Avent Ferry Road. Pass Trailwood Drive (light) and turn right at next light onto Varsity Drive.

I-40 coming West

Take Lake Wheeler Road Exit; turn right onto Lake Wheeler. Turn left at first light onto Centennial Parkway; follow to end. Turn left on Avent Ferry Rd. Turn left at first light onto Varsity Drive.

Inside the Raleigh Beltline

Take Western Boulevard to Avent Ferry Road. Turn south (downhill). Turn left at the second light onto Varsity Drive.
